Having completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at The University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, she is building a strong foundation in corporate law, governance, and strategic leadership. In her role, Dwihitha actively oversees the Group's Strategy, Corporate Law, and Governance functions. Her responsibilities include shaping long-term business strategy, strengthening legal and compliance frameworks, and upholding the highest standards of corporate governance across the organisation. With a modern outlook and growing legal expertise, Dwihitha contributes to the Group's diversified operations spanning mining, minerals, critical resources, rare earths, advanced materials, and multi-commodity trading. She is committed to supporting sustainable growth, ethical business practices, and professional excellence, helping advance the Group's position in India's natural resources and future energy sectors.
